Agreement

By using aiwindowpeeper.video, you agree to these terms. Window Peeper AI is operated by Window Peeper AI Media in the United States. Contact: support@aiwindowpeeper.video. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service

Window Peeper AI provides an independent one-photo night-window video template. Users upload one photo, choose a resolution and use credits to generate a prepared 14-second vertical video. The service is not affiliated with any restaurant brand or performer referenced in public trend discussions.

Accounts and payments

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and be responsible for activity under your account. Credits are purchased in advance. Current prices and credit costs are shown before checkout or generation. Failed service-side tasks may be refunded according to the Refund Policy.

Your uploads

Only upload images you own or have permission to use. Every identifiable person in an uploaded image must consent to the creation and sharing of the generated video. Do not upload private images of another person without permission.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to create or distribute illegal content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate or deceptive synthetic media, harassment, hate speech, graphic violence, fraud, malware or content that infringes intellectual property rights. You may not imply that a generated clip is official, endorsed or sponsored by a restaurant, performer or other brand.

Do not bypass moderation, overload the service, resell access, scrape private data or attempt to reverse engineer protected systems.

Generated content

Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use your generated output for personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for disclosures, music licensing, platform rules and any claims arising from the images or concepts you submit. Generated results are not guaranteed to be unique.

Intellectual property

The interface, prepared templates, brand and software belong to their respective owners. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their owners. Trend references are descriptive and do not transfer ownership or imply affiliation.

Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided as available and without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, specific output quality or fitness for a particular purpose. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Window Peeper AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, third-party claims or losses arising from content uploaded or published by a user. Total liability is limited to the amount paid to the service during the preceding twelve months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, security risk or non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time.
