Introduction

Window Peeper AI is an independent photo-to-video template service available at aiwindowpeeper.video and operated by Window Peeper AI Media in the United States. This policy explains what information the service collects, why it is used and how it is protected.

Information we collect

Account information

We collect the email address used to create an account, optional profile details and records needed to manage credits, orders and support requests. Payment card details are handled by the selected payment provider and are not stored by this site.

Generation data

We store generation records, output files and credit transactions so you can access recent work and so failed tasks can be investigated or refunded. Uploaded photos are deleted from our storage within 30 days.

To generate your video, your photos are sent to third-party AI processing providers acting on our behalf. We require our providers to delete source photos after processing, and in all cases within the same 30-day window.

When photos are deleted from our storage, backup copies are purged within 30 days.

Technical data

We may collect device type, browser, IP address, access time, referring page and basic usage events. Cookies are used for authentication, preferences, security and service performance.

How information is used

We use information to operate the generator, authenticate accounts, process payments, manage credits, deliver outputs, investigate failures, prevent abuse, provide support and improve reliability. Uploaded photos and outputs are not used to train models.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with infrastructure, storage, payment, authentication and support providers when needed to operate the service, or when required by law. Those providers receive only the information needed for their role.

Retention and security

Data is stored on protected infrastructure with access controls and encryption in transit. Uploaded photos and task records are deleted from our storage within 30 days, while billing and account records may be retained longer where required. Backup copies are purged within 30 days.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible account information by emailing support@aiwindowpeeper.video. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security or accounting reasons. You can control cookies through your browser, although essential cookies are required for sign-in.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13. Do not upload images of minors unless you are their parent or legal guardian and have the right to use the image.
